By accessing the Vibestream Clayworks website or enrolling in any class, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Enrollment and payments

• Prices are listed in USD and include studio materials noted in the catalog.
• Enrollment is confirmed upon payment. Seats are limited and first-come, first-served.
• Taxes, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

3. Cancellations and refunds

• Full refund if you cancel 7 days before the first session.
• 50% credit if you cancel within 3–6 days.
• No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the first session or for missed sessions.
• If we cancel a class, you receive a full refund or credit—your choice.

4. Studio conduct and safety

Respect instructors and peers. Follow safety guidance during wheel use, trimming, glazing, and firing. Closed-toe shoes are required. We may remove participants who endanger others or repeatedly disrupt sessions.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, course descriptions, and materials are owned by Vibestream Clayworks or its licensors and protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Liability

Classes involve tools, heat, and materials. You participate at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibestream Clayworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Privacy

Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
